Our Experts
Our Managing director Ben comes with a wealth of knowledge spanning multiple industries including Transport, Mining and Construction. A Surveyor by trade, Ben has had the opportunity to work up close across all levels of business and applies this expertise to the varying landscapes of Auscivil WA. Ben offers a wide range of experience in strategy, leadership, planning and management and has a passion for developing and maintaining strong business practices to continually achieve optimum business performance.
Matthew has been involved in remote communities of WA work for most of his life. Matt’s involvement with remote Australia is generational. Travelling often with his own father doing similar works, his knowledge of various remote regions is extensive and his commitment to doing works that are challenging and complex has allowed him to build a rare insight that not many can match. Matt applies this knowledge to all facets of Auscivil WA and RCA which has resulted in proven methodologies being implemented across the business to not only get the job done, but to get it done right.
Matthew has a long history in the transport industry which has garnished him with extensive knowledge and experiences across most of Australia. His Grandfather, Father and himself are all high calibre drivers with significant involvement in the industry. Matthew is a dual trade mechanic, as well as refrigeration mechanic.
Hanlie leads our Camps management division and manages all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our remote camps. One of the points of difference Auscivil WA aspires to is the quality of the food and housekeeping, a strong focus of which is under the direct control of Hanlie and her team.
Cameron oversees all aspects of Camp infrastructure installation / commissioning and subsequent ongoing maintenance. With a specialty team of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and crane operators at his disposal, he has created a ‘one-stop-shop’ for construction, commissioning, and maintenance of camps
